The staff went above and beyond. from early check-in to arranging transportation for a rainy event, their Southern hospitality warmed my heart. Club Premium Suite Queens was spacious and had nice touches like a flat-screen TV, minibar, and tea/coffee maker. The private bathroom had free toiletries and a hairdryer. The fitness center was well-equipped and the spa facilities offered great massages. Location was perfect, just a stroll to attractions without the noise of the French Quarter.

Staying at Windsor Court was a delightful experience. The room offered breathtaking city views, and the staff provided exceptional service. I did encounter an issue with the spa reservations, but the ambiance and overall luxury made up for it. I truly felt at home during my stay!

Also, the room lacked some standard amenities. having only one robe when two were needed and insufficient towels was an inconvenience that shouldn’t happen. Lastly, the food options at the Polo Club left room for improvement, as they felt more about filling space than impressing the palate.

Everything about my stay was delightful. I felt welcomed from the moment I arrived. The location was convenient, allowing me to explore nearby attractions without getting caught up in the chaos. I particularly enjoyed dining in the Grill Room. the experience was unlike any other.

Also, the shower had a tendency to create a mess on the bathroom floor. Overall, my stay was memorable plus enjoyable, despite a few minor inconveniences.
